Antique European Blue Enamel Seed Pearl Brooch Silver Hallmarked 12.62g

Beautiful antique European brooch featuring deep cobalt blue translucent enamel with intricate gold-tone scroll and floral decoration. The center is accented with a dimensional white flower and rich red stones, while a complete border of delicate seed pearls/pearl accents surrounds the piece.  The reverse has an old-fashioned long pin and C-style clasp along with a tiny impressed hallmark. The mark appears consistent with an older European silver hallmark; however, because the mark is very small and worn, the exact country and silver fineness have not been independently verified.
